Why I Am Proud to Be a PLTA Member

There are moments in a professional journey that feel genuinely significant — not just as a milestone to tick off, but as a true reflection of your values and your commitment to the people you serve. Becoming a member of the Past Life Therapists Association (PLTA) is one of those moments for me, and I want to share why it means so much.

What Is the PLTA?

The Past Life Therapists Association is the international organisation for therapy and training in Past Life Regression, Past Life Therapy, Life Between Lives (interlife) therapy, and Future Life Progression. It exists to uphold the highest professional standards in a field that is deeply personal, deeply meaningful, and — when practised with care — genuinely transformative.

The PLTA maintains a searchable worldwide directory of qualified therapists, so that anyone seeking a past life regression session can find a practitioner they can trust. Every member is fully insured and committed to the ethical standards the association sets. That is not a small thing. It is a promise to every client who walks through the door — or joins a session online.

Why Professional Standards Matter in This Work

Past life regression is not a casual conversation. It is a deeply immersive experience that invites you to access parts of yourself you may never have consciously visited before. You are trusting your therapist with your inner world — your memories, your emotions, your sense of who you are across time.

That level of trust deserves to be met with the highest level of professional care.

When I work with a client, I want them to feel completely safe. Safe to go deep. Safe to be surprised. Safe to feel whatever arises without fear of judgement or harm. The PLTA's framework of professional standards, ethical guidelines, and ongoing commitment to excellence in practice gives both me and my clients a solid foundation to stand on.

Knowing that I am part of an internationally recognised body of practitioners is not about prestige. It is about accountability — to my clients, to the wider community of therapists, and to the integrity of this work.

What PLTA Membership Means in Practice

Being a PLTA member means I hold full professional liability insurance. It means I have met the standards required for listing in the PLTA directory — one of the largest worldwide directories of past life therapists. It means that if you find me through the PLTA, you can book with confidence.

It also means I am part of a community. A community of practitioners who take this work seriously, who continue to learn and grow, and who share a genuine belief in the healing potential of past life regression and therapy. That sense of belonging to something larger than my own practice is something I value deeply.

The Healing Potential of Past Life Regression

The PLTA's mission speaks directly to what I believe about this work: that past life regression, when practised with skill and compassion, can help people move forward with purpose, insight, and renewed inspiration.

I have seen clients arrive carrying burdens they could not explain — fears with no obvious origin, patterns that kept repeating, a sense of something unresolved that no amount of conventional therapy had touched. And I have seen those same clients leave a session with a clarity and lightness that moved me deeply.

That is what this work is for. That is why professional standards matter. And that is why I am proud to be part of an organisation that holds this work to the standard it deserves.

An Invitation

If you have been curious about past life regression — whether you are drawn to it spiritually, therapeutically, or simply out of genuine curiosity — I would love to talk with you. I offer a free 15-minute discovery call so we can explore whether a session feels right for you, with no pressure and no obligation.

You can also find me listed in the PLTA directory at pastliferegression.co.uk, alongside a wonderful community of practitioners who share this commitment to safe, supportive, and transformative therapy.

I am grateful to be part of it. And I am grateful for every client who trusts me with their journey.
